Safeguarding
I check you are safe in your life outside sessions and also that you feel safe during sessions.
You decide what we discuss, how and when. I like feedback on how the sessions are going.
Everyone is different along many different dimensions. All differences are welcome.
I explain why I am asking particular questions and you can always ask. I share any perspectives that occur to me so that we can decide, together, if they are useful.
I am mindful of the way imbalance of power around race, class, gender, etc influence the way we all relate to each other in this culture. We can talk about these to find a way of being as equal as possible.
