When working on an issue it is helpful to have regular meetings. The main work of counselling will happen during your own time, outside the therapy sessions. This work will involve noticing, ie becoming aware of things (eg dynamics between you and others, dynamics within yourself). If you are wanting to make changes it will also involve any experiments you make, and their results. Regular meetings will give you the best support with all this.
Meetings can be arranged once a week, a fortnight, or a month. You may want to vary the frequency depending on the urgency, your need for support, and your availability.
Meetings can also be arranged on a one-off basis (contact me again if and when you want another).
